I want that house, if it were mine I would live there as a permanent place instead of a party house, cause I'm not rich enough to afford 2 houses and plus only 2 people would be living there so it doesnt have to be big.
I'm guessing a place like that has to be at least a mil and up, beachfront property does not come cheap in Socal. That's like my dreamhouse. I would tan all day during summer and work on a laptop, and jog on the beach in the mornings.
