It is just like in a court of law - once you open the door, you cannot swing it shut just because it no longer pleases you to have people look. If your life is an open book, it includes the warts, the bumps, and the bruises.
"pink" has been a common topic here for over a year, so nobody should be surprised if people are asking "is it over".
