    Candid Hosting/PowerMedium and Plugin Feeds rock

    I got to say a huge thank you to Candid Hosting/Power Medium for taking care of business for me today. And Ron from Plugin Feeds for being on top of his clients.

    My day started with Ron from Plugin feeds telling me my bandwidth was 10 time normal the past few days.

    Then with hosting we looked at the members area and the bandwidth there was out of control too with all the video that we have.

    So I open up Pennywise and see one username has taken 139 million mbytes so far today off the server. I spoke with Rebekah first at Candid and she calmed me down a little, then between hosting and sales over there the put i-protect on the machine, bounced the hackers/password shares and I can sleep well tonight.

    If Ron had not contacted me, I would of been f'ed this month. Thank you Ron from Plugin feeds and David and Mark from Candid for reacting so quickly to get this fixed.

    What a day, sales are up and everything is going well and then these f'ing password sharers cause havoc, I want this mother f'er but I am trying to calm down all the way after this crazy day.

    Personal service is what makes a business in my mind and Candid and Plugin Feeds went out of there way to help me today.

              If you want to use companies that have the greatest personal trust than you have to use Candid Hosting and Plugin Feeds, both companies saved my ass today and if it was not for the personal service the situation could of gotten out of control.

                  Having a top notch host like you do and working with Ron is always a plus.

                  And... I feel your pain. We also had an identical situation with hackers. It was going on and on with no end in sight. I was loosing sleep and hair by the bunches! I did my research and found that the main problem is Pennywise was just not able to stop the advanced hackers of today. We settled on Strongbox and have not had a single password problem since. Plus, it's a one time cost so it paid for it's self in two months. Ray at Strongbox is good people and took all our pass hack problems away

                      I love reading these kind of threads. From reading 99% of GFY threads for a week, you would assume everyone in adult is an unprofessional crook and thief with bad grammar. Not enough of these kind of threads around.

                          I got to say that Pennywise sucks, they let this happen and never shut this guy down.

                          80gigs in 1 week from one username and they never blocked him once.

                          I will take a look at Strongbox, right now I have i-protect on the machine and all is good.

                                  Rebekah and Candid Hosting are awesome...we have all our plug ins hosted with them. Had issues and alwys had it resolved. Need hosting contact Rebekah at candid hosting dot com

                                          Rebekah, thank you so much again for all your help and understanding. I really look forward to a long prosperous relationship with you guys. You are a huge asset to Candid, and Candid's tech department kick ass. I called tech and they took care of what I needed within 5 minutes.

                                          That to me is great service.
