The only one the ePassporte fraud could come from is a
payer but not a receiver! The affiliates should ask the sponsors for their docs but not the contrary. So should I ask all my sponsors (I'm promoting more than 300 ones) to fax me a copy of a government issued photo ID showing your name and address, or government issued passport??? What if they are cheaters? I don't want my ePassporte account closed because of some fraudulent payer...
And as about the case with GigaCash. I don't know if it's ok to send your personal info to everyone in the USA, but it's not allowed in my country. The personal info here could be provided to the 3rd party by request of court only. Otherwise such an info could be used for criminal purposes.
