                                  I think it would take a few years to have the ruling over turned if they try.. So I would kinda think it has made any near future obscenity charges, useless for the DOJ to pursue for the time being.

                                          Not exactly. He said the statutes as applied were unconstitutional. There are still rules to the game. Hell, How long did Extreme have to keep Sirkin working on this case? How many assistants, clerks and court hours? I couldn't afford that. How many of us smaller fish could?
