Sadly, it's the nature of the hyper-litigious world we live in. Bad guys too-often abuse the system and circumvent process to escape or deflect the consequences of their actions. Believe me, I'd love to bring this guy to the next convention in a cage for all of you to poke with your hate-sticks. But we gotta play it smart.
