The dress wouldnt be bad if the material completely covered the breasts, with a small amount of X (chest & middle showing). As is, NO! But its not that much more revealing than the Olsen Twins line of clothes at Walmart. I used to work in a children's store and the Tommy Hilfiger shoes were the worst! Made for girls in sizes 13-5 (which fits on average girls age 5-13) these shoes had heels 3-4" high with straps that wrap around the ankle and tie. I didnt sell very many of them, probably because I'd jokingly mention the free stripper pole and savings bond that was redeemable for implants when their child turned 18 with every purchase. Needless to say, I didnt work there on commission, so I didnt care.Comment

The dress was found by accident. When the guy came out with his designs he had a runway show, nothing fancy, it was in a warehouse. Well the model who was schedule to wear the dress down the catwalk put the thing on backwards.
They got huge orders for it, so they went with it and made it that way and sold it that way!!!
So the guy didn't design it that way to ruin other people and have double standards, okay people. It was a mistake. RELAX!!! I saw him in a interview, he is really a funny guy!!!
And no, I would not let my child wear that dress, but I would wear it!!!
