Shootin's definitely hard on the back, especially if you're the type who moves around a LOT during a shoot to catch all the angles.

You don't realize it so much at the time...but you sure pay for it the next morning, lol. Even for a 40-something, physically fit guy...I still feel sore the next day for a few hours.
