    ccbill excessive scrubbing?

every few days i check form hits and see forms submitted, and % approval.

it seems that ccbill approval ratio keeps getting lower, last 2 weeks it's been hovering at something like 40% approvals (rejecting 60% of signups).

last year we probably averaged above 75% approval.

yet we have very lower CBs.

    anyone else noticing similar trend?

Man I have gone from having some pretty decent conversions over the last several weeks to absolute total fucking shit this week with CCbill..

my only beef with ccbill is they hate to pass on scrubs in the casgade. If I have epoch primary, and epoch scrubs, it send it off to ccbill. CCbill doesnt do the same. They try to keep that customer there and have him retry until hes red in the face. Thats why I only use ccbill primary if I see obvious problems with epoch.

that has nothing to do with denials, many people just try to submit fake info to see if its let them through, form submit means nothing

Yep, I see this trend even with non payment forms. I guess its getting really popular now--enter bogus info during the first sub to see if it lets you through.

Our own company card was denied when we tried to renew our annual visa fees with CCBill.

But hey everything on their end looks good....LOL

i was gonna start a thread about ccbill actually, my stats are TOTAL shit the past couple weeks, and i have a #1 spot on yahoo for a particular site that im pushing (with ccbill) and im getting MAD traffic and clicks but SHIT for signups, fuckin amazing.

seems like they shave alot of people HARD but leave a couple of people alone so that theres always a few people to say "i havent noticed a difference"

                            pfffffff..

My stats on every site that uses ccbill are horrible. Sites that use Paycom are down, but not by nearly as much.

Whenever someone has some shit sales times, others are riding a wave.
Always been that way, always will be.
More users online equals more fraudsters - Unfortunately.

At the end of the day, it is all about your marketing - Get that right, your sales will come in.
I will say this for ccbill - They have some remarkable tools for aiding sales - Have you fully optimized your usage of those tools to gain maximum sales?
And, are you solely relying on ccbill site sales for income - Have you fully optimized your traffic to get every cent possible out of your traffic?

True - ccbill scrub hard - Brilliant - Fewer chargebacks and fewer shocks in the size of my weekly wire.

Well said. I average about a 5% denial rate, pretty constant last year and so far this year and sounds reasonable to me.
