    So how long does it take for you to finish a gallery?

    A movie gallery takes about 90minutes for me. Including downloading the content, making the screens, encoding the clips and duplicating & uploading.
    Picture galleries take a bit less.. I think I still can be a lot faster

      yes, you can do better...
      a movie gallery takes me 30-40 mins, a pics gallery takes 20-30mins

          Well I have to admit I'm on ISDN here ( no adsl availible in my area :< ) so downloading always takes like 10 minutes and upping etc -__-'

              For pics, less than 1 minute to make the gallery + download & upload (depends on serverspeed).
