I smell drama.. Whos ripping who?... Well definitely just merely saying you have the psd wont be enough to prove you designed it... Those psd's must have a step by step process and how each design was done.... Like the logo for example.. If you really are the owner you can show how the logo was done from the first stage to the final stage... You can't have an exact same match not unless you screen captured it... Just my two cents bro...
