It doesn't autosubmit the forms for you. It just organizes and fills them, you still have to hit the submit button for each application.
This isn't an autosubmitter, it's just a tool for making PA requesting easier.
Oh...and it rocks. I just realized yesterday that I had won a copy. I've used it and already have a few accounts from it.
