I agree. I already can't wait for the NFL season to get started again. With all the madness in free agency it should be an interesting season.

However, one thing that really bites my balls is the new rules just accepted about touchdown celebrations that limit them to more or less simple dances, spiking the ball and shit like that. Don't NFL owners understand that we watch the game for entertainment?

I can see celebrations clearly taunting the other team like fake mooning, rude jestures and shit like that. But come on, how many people tune in to see Chad Johnson's latest funny celebration? A lot. Who doesn't laugh when a player does something like pretending the ball is a baby and whiping it's ass. I'll tell you, a select few NFL purists that think it is still 1965.

The NFL says celebrations slow down the game. Well, how about all the silly false start calls, and bullshit like that that slow down the game. Not to mention the 90 second review time on contested calls.

If this keeps up it seems that the NFL will become truely the "No Fun League". Players will be limited to nodding polietly to the crowd when they score. Side, note, under the new rules the Lambo Leap is still an acceptable celebration. That seems a bit biased towards the one team that does it. Green Bay.
