    What a BLACK MAN like me eats for lunch (pic)

    Freshly made Croissants, some Gratle Paille cheese, some Pepper delights, which consists of peppers, goat cheese, and proscuitto ham, and to top it off, some Scrapple from one of the best gourmet grocery stores in the country www.westpointmarket.com

    Scrapple is made of ground up pork livers, skins, jowls, and hearts along with some cornmeal and buckwheat flour...Cut it thin and pan fry it in some bacon grease and UMMMM UMMM.



    edit...I actually got the scrapple from the SECOND best grocery store in town which is up the street from this one.

                                          Then you haven't had somebody cook it for you right baby...You gotta make sure that it's cut THIN so that the edges get crispy..If you cut it too thick it will be soft on the inside and not as good.

                                                                                                                                  It's a Pennsylvania Dutch thing from what I understand and I recall taking a bite into it at a Dutch restaurant

                                                                                                                                              I am PA dutch and trust me, you learn to not ask what body parts you are actually eating and just focus on them tasting good.
