I have yet to deal with a more professional bunch than GTS. They are always there to help and go overboard. They are about the only people you can say that about in the traffic biz.

I pay for traffic and it is sometime a hit or miss. One day I can get 20 sign ups and the next maybe 2. Buying traffic is not a short term deal that would yield results for future traffic purchases. I once purchased a text link via GTS, and had some disappointing results (only received about 5-10% of the clicks-per-day estimate I was given before I decided to go with it). After a bit of discussion they gave me a pro-rata refund. I'm reasonably happy with that result. That's all I wanted to say.Comment

DH and GTS have rocked for me. BUT if you had a guarentee. They need to make good on the agreement. What everyone is failing to realize is like most of us you would have moved on after the first package tanked and not gone back but the guarentee kept you buying as you were in a riskless situation.
All the holier then thou "advertising is a risk" is BS. You should be able to rely on the deal made.

Mark giving you the refund the first time was a favor to you. He didn't have to do it and you've done nothing but prove what a good guy he is by bringing it up.
As others have stated, when you buy traffic, ads, etc. you take what you get. It looks like you wanted to again take advantage of a friendship and Mark being a good guy to get your money back a second time. You looked the gift horse in the mouth.
Drinkinghard, Magnus and GTS are as good as they come, so if you're having problems with them when others aren't, you might want ask YOURSELF why that is......Comment

You have yo understand that traffic is a dynamic thing, hardly static. EVERY site is going to have it's ups and downs, and traffic is never always going to perform exactly the same every time.. It's a changing trend. Did you think, perhaps, that you were promoting the wrong type of site with the traffic package you bought? TGP traffic is HIGHLY niche-driven, and you can sell one paysite on one set of traffic, and have great results, and turn around and try to market the same site to different traffic, and do TERRIBLY. Blaming GTS for the woes is not goign to change the fact that traffic is a wild card, and expecting results to be perfect every time is unrealistic to the max. The sites that GTS sells packages for have AMAZING traffic, if you are promoting the wrong site with the traffic, I don't care HOW amazing the traffic it, the site won't sell. THere a million different factors involved in gallery spots... The results could have been from anything... The gallery design didn't convert, the niche was wrong, whatever. I don't see how anyone could blame GTS, Mark, or even the tgps for unpleasing results. It's called "try and try again". It's a shame all this has come to the boards the way it has, I was stunned to see this thread. But I must say that I'm surprised you wouldn't have realized previously that NOTHING involving traffic is 100% guaranteed.Comment

GTS brokers the spots, they don't sell them, they are the middle man for sites that would rather see the money than have to actively collect it. so just to start, you're barking at the wrong tree.
you should just pay DH what you owe him, GTS brokered your spot into a TGP and therefore paid that TGP some money feeling that you would then pay them. You were basically fronted a spot, and now you're just welching on that.
Here's the real life example of your situation. You get fronted a pound of weed from the dealer, but no one wanted to buy from you. Do you not pay the dealer? No, the dealer, just breaks your face and takes the weed back.Comment
