Mexico happens to be our 2nd biggest trade partner.
Last year the US did $290 Billion of business with Mexico.
The GPP (Gross Purchasing Power) of Hispanics in the US is over $700 Billion annually.
And about never giving up your country. The United States is the 4th Largest Hispanic country in the world after Mexico, Colombia, and Spain.
So FYI, it's already given up.
