Just think why the surfer who is coming from a certain website would want to click on the link in your TGP. Be creative and you will succeed. I think, that even some minor changes ( e.g. blinking text ) can affect the overall productivity. Just do some testings. Good luck

If you want the same amount of traffic, make 4 TGPs without CJ trades. You'll make more money and your bandwidth costs will be the same

From what I have experienced, linking many high converting paysites on your mainsite is the best way to do it. Tease with some galleries, then send them to the paysites.

In your topbanner, dont say updatet "every 5 minutes". That sounds like a dump of galleries. You can "lie" instead and say "best galleries of today". It works better, and you might get more clicks. No guarantee, but try it
