Well wanted to lose about 25 pounds and been seeing NutriSystem work on Celebrity Fit Club(Vh1) and decieded to give it a try. Well first two weeks I lost 11 pounds and not starving to death at all. Shit rocks. Would recommend these folk if anyone wants to lose a little or a lot of weight.

I've recently started w/ a personal trainer...and am in the catch 22. I'm working out so much, that I'm hungrier more often. The whole "small-meal-every-2-hours" thing is ok...unless you're on a plane...or in Cancun....or confusing vodka redbulls as a food group. But hey, at least I'm trying, right?Comment

Maybe I'll just turn out to be about 170-180 but lean muscle...

I am not overweight, I now weigh 204 and want to get to 180. I was 215 when I started the diet.Comment
