I've recently started w/ a personal trainer...and am in the catch 22. I'm working out so much, that I'm hungrier more often. The whole "small-meal-every-2-hours" thing is ok...unless you're on a plane...or in Cancun....or confusing vodka redbulls as a food group. But hey, at least I'm trying, right?
