This is not about liking him or not (ok, it is, but that wasn't the point of this thread).

I was simply pointing out once again what a goof ball he is ... Even if you love the guy you can't deny that he takes inappropriately long pauses everytime he says something that he thinks SHOULD receive applause. And, in an effort to eradicate the uncomfort of those moments, people oblige him with some claps.
