Its also where he recommended Tamiflu (Rumsfeld is laughing all the way to the bank since his company that he was CEO of is the patent holder and he owns millions of stock shares still) as a treatment - although he was honest I guess in that he did say that the medication wouldnt do anything to prevent avian flu.
