I've scored plenty of phone numbers and sex off of women who were with boyfriends. And I only do it if the boyfriend looks like a pussy non-intimidating beta male, because I know it's a win-win situation. If he attacks me, I assert my dominance by beating him into coma. If he doesn't attack me, I embarrass him by hitting on his girlfriend while he sits there and does nothing.
Oh and the only couples who spend their evenings at bars are alcoholics, chavs or the very young...And the latter learn soon enough that bars are not exactly a condusive environment for cementing their relationship.
