Holy crap, I hope you are not serious. As far as eating good meals goes, you don't have to eat like a cow in order to eat a nice meal. It's all about portions. I had a truly gourmet dinner tonight, but did I eat like a fucking pig? Um, no. Portions are key. As far as feeling comfortable in your own skin goes, in my experience this is just not true for severely overweight people....they are just NOT comfy in their own skin, regardless of how much they pretend to be (they're just trying to convince themselves that it's true). My best friend is 50+ pounds overweight and she makes jokes about herself in order to make people THINK she doesn't mind being so large. I really pity obese people.....it's sad that they value their lives so little.
