For what it's worth, I don't see any confusion between the two; different logos, acpartner is a webmaster program while acmoviepass is a surfer site, just the same first two letters. ACPartner's surfer sites don't begin with AC. ACPartner is using it to stand for "adult cash." There's also a different sponsor called adultcash, another one called adultcashier, there's adultmegacash, adultactioncash, adultpartnercash, and so on. ACPartner could use adultcashpartner, but then they'd be confused with adultpartnercash. Maybe I'm overlooking some other details, but I don't see the grounds for a trademark infringement claim. Or are you talking some other form of infringement, like they're using your content or something?Comment

Ah, adultcheck I've heard of...wasn't familiar with acmoviepass.com. I still think it's a weak infringement claim. There are a couple dozen other companies with trademarks on AC as well. ACPartner is promoting to webmasters, not consumers, and I don't see any evidence of bad faith or attempts to confuse people with the similarity...it looks like a simple coincidence, with little chance of consumer confusion in the marketplace. They say "adultcashpartner.com" on their web site, so they're not trying to make people associate them with adultcheck. Ye AC moviepass retains longer than the industry average when you are getting sales upgrading old AC Gold surfers if there are any left by now, but prepare for 1:9000 conversions on typical traffic that converts at 1:500 or better for any other decent video site from a REPUTABLE sponsor, and not one that screws over 10K+ webmasters.
