 1. Our senior admin is on its way to final check the server when the host tech logged in. The server is not 100% polished at that time.
 2. the email containing an error during backup procedure from the solution provider was not forwarded to us. This should have been done since we are hired to manage the server.
 3. client should have forwarded the email to us so we can work on it. the client opted to bypass us.
 4. instead of giving our senior admin a chance to work with your host tech to fix problem. client did not.
 5. We did not tell the client that were keeping his $100.00
 6. client is using our services running for a week. and our admin is on the period of polishing the server and getting to know the host provider.
 
 P.S.
 this small incident does not affect our services in general. we have happy clients and a few who have attitudes like these

People get attitudes when fuck up's don' take responsibility for their actions. First of all, if the server wasn't 100% "Polished" then why in the fuck would your admin send me an email on March 20th, 2006 saying it was?? 
THIS IS FROM YOUR ADMIN:

Secondly, the solution provider shouldn't have had to email me about my server not backing up, since it is not their job to monitor the server. The server is unmanaged, that's why I paid you fucks! They did me a favor by notifiying me, and going the extra mile to check in the first place. If you morons were doing your fucking job, you would have known that the server wasn't doing daily backups! And ofcourse I opted to FIRE you guys, because it was obvious you weren't doing your job in the first place!
You can't even explain why you guys never turned the god damn firewall on, but you email me saying that you guys hardened the server??? 
The fact that you can't even take responsibility for the missteps of your administrator, shows just how unprofessional, unreliable, and full of shit you and your company are! I wouldn't even use your services if you assholes were offering them for free!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!!
