I park them on my own server, simple php redirect to a related sponsor.
You might also want to look at WhyPark.com although I don't know how well they work for adult domains since there is not that much mainstream PPC for the adult market.Media Buyer - Sell me your traffic!

I have probably 200 domains... some are adult some are ones I purchased to pursue PPC sponsors parking them with a mate of myn who runs his own PPC site...
I guess you can look at it this way... as long as you can earn on average the cost of renewing them each year then it doesnt matter...
I think there is a tendancy to own hundreads if not thousands of domains... and end up never getting around to developing them lol... my mate who owns the PPC must have about 20,000 domains... and probably has about a dozen live !

Yep
It's very true... I was doing some amazing money through PPC, mainly with loan and mortgage names... but alas that dried up big time !
I said this year I would let a bunch of my names go, but everytime one comes round for renewing (normally about 10 plus a month !) I cant let them go... I keep thinking its a decent name and I will kick myself if I let it go...
Worse thing is then I see a name I like and add it to the collection !
But having the time, money and resources to develope them is hard... I intend to make a concerted effort over the next year to at least be doing something with most of them !

As I said if you cant make at least the amount it costs to re register them off the site then you probably should let them expire... I pay $9.95 for each domain for the year... is it that hard to have at least $10 coming in off a site ??? lol... I guess only if your lazy like me...
