Comus thumbs question

I was told that you can tell Comus Thumbs your affilate ID for a certain number of sites and it will retrieve new FHG's from it and update your fake tgp so you dont spend a lot of time on it.

This true? complicated?

do you guys get better clicks when you crop your own thumbs? I'm barely doing 125% prod and I'm even feeding the damn site 7500 exit hits daily from my search engine traffic and chat bots. I've been in the biz for 8 years but this is the firt thumb tgp I've tried, its all been SE traffic up till now... but I'm trying to venture into new things.

it still used the auto thumb functionality and only a limited number of galleries per sponsors exist but that how you do it.

So it can make the thumb itself but the available galleries are spidered... or updated ?

no he's saying you import the galleries, go into gallery control or review, then hit "autothumb" - it will make thumbs for you but you're still going to have to edit and crop a lot of the thumbs yourself.

Honestly, if you crop all of them yourself your prod will go upbecause the surfers that like your style will click more and bookmark. If you autothumb them you will get a consistant thumb style, but I didn't have good luck with productivity doing itthat way, so I deleted all my autothumbed crap and started from scratch and saw a 90% inccrease.

Comus is an awesome script, but it's not a quick fix - you still have to do the work just like any aspect of this biz.

almost the import sponsor galleries runs the autothumb for the first time, automatically

Thanks for the reply wolfy. I like comus's automoated thumbs not only because of the time but the file size is smaller than the ones I make. What do you use to make your thumbs?

I have it set to make it a small size, can't recall the specifics right now. Realy it's all about grabbing a crop that you like, when you put your personal style on the thumbs you get a better click ratio.
Hell I'll open it up real quick, maybe someone will giv e good reason why I should change it.

thumb quality 89, that seems to be the most important thing. As long as it's al running right the thumbs are made with a very small filesize.

Yeah i think I'm going to start cropping, it really doesnt take a long time, but its real boring.
