- 3+ years experience with PHP developed web-based systems.

What you will be doing:
- Responding to technical customer support issues and resolving issues in both code and setup.
- Optimize, enhance, and customize web applications that are capable of handling millions of page requests.
- Integrate designs provided by our Web Graphics Designers into our PHP Content Management Systems. - Brainstorm and collaborate with colleagues to implement new system components.

Web Graphics Designer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, qualified, and professional web graphics desgner to create high-quality designs for our internal projects as well as client projects. You must be able to work closely with our Senior Web Graphic Designers to take a rough draft and create a pristine finished layout.
What you will need:
- 2+ years experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A strong understanding of current web design best practices, styles and methodology.
- A good eye for balancing design complexity and simplicity.
- Proper use of typography; including font styling, kerning, and leading.
- Strong communication skills.
What you will be doing:
- Creating on-site graphic elements, vsual designs, and solutions for day-to-day production of designs for features, image/content updates, product marketing launches, and promotions on our internal and client websites.
- Design, develop and produce on-site web promotions and external collateral, including, but not limited to, new and existing product launches, banners, 3rd party promotions, email campaigns, and overall visual site enhancements.
- Communicate design goals and messages to create participants ensuring integration of design requirements into all phases of production.
- Working 1-on-1 with a Senior Web Graphic Designer and independenantly to create designs with stunning detail.

What you will need:

- Good Understanding of PHP and its intricacies.
What you will be doing:
- Responding to technical customer support issues and resolving issues in both code and setup.
- Bridging questions and problems that customers have with our PHP Developers.
- Maintaining support queues.
Notes:- Telecommuting may be possible for those outside of United States for extended support hours. You must speak English fluently for this position.
