    Need some little help to promote

    Hi guys,

    I wanted to know if someone can explain to me a bit about the targeted traffic ? I've read at some places where people talks about 200 clicks of google targeted traffic. Is it PPC ? if not can someone explain a bit to me, I've been posting galleries and i wanted to try something new to see if the ratios can be better. And another question is sites like mensniche.com hot do you promote those? Opt-in E-mail ? How does it work?
