Man, that has to suck. I have not had any problems with them, but it is strange. Did you post something similar not long ago. I swear that I read someone complaining about a 9 hour dead time.

I had a fair amount of sales in that period.. (CET times right?).. but kind of weird numbers you had..

You also use vxsbill. How are they doing during the same period of time?

Also in the period you mentioned. Do you get a lot of decline emails from ccbill?

And let me, again, point out, that I don't say that this is CCBILL's problem, because EVERY SINGLE time we have these holes we can do a test signup and it always work .. I just know that there is no way the sales can stop for 9 hours like this .. I've been scratching my head about this problem for almost 2 years now - and I still can't figure out whats going on.. we had around 30 sales coming in from other sponsors during these 9 hours

Is your server secure? Maybe someone is changing the joinpage to another page?(IP based so you get the correct page)

Yeah, it should be pretty secure. And we did do some tests checking the issue you're mentioning

probably a shaving period of time. they're known for shaving (to reduce chargebacks i think).

We did, and it always work.. and I think I had an american friend make one too which also worked..

The above makes it even harder to explain .. in fact that should tell me that nothing is wrong, but the holes just seems so very unlikely .. I'd say the pattern is 100% impossible, but then again - I'm no statistics expert
