i have gotten at least 30-40 guys shut down on ebay, and fact is, they start right back under another user id....it fucking sucks, but I eventually gave up, there are so many and I don't have the time to sit all day and shit people down constantly

ebay should have a link on each item's page that allows you to report the item to them as being illegal

Ebay has a dispute policy, so you should be able to get the assholes phone number.
If you pose as a customer you should be able to get a lot of info out of these guys. If they're dumb enough to copy and sell stolen material on ebay, then they're dumb enough to answer some "customer" questions...shouldn't be to difficult to track them down.

yeah, but they shut down and sign up with a new account....it happens all the time...i used to shut down 2-3 a week selling my wifes pics, but it just got old...i check it about once a month though

what suprises me the most is that most of these dudes are selling pics of some of the more famous porn stars like jenna, briana, etc....i can't believe vivid and clubjenna don't make more of an effort to help stop them....

The other way to do it would be the high bidder on your stolen content...then they have to send you payment info...never pay and let the fun begin.

And yep! Aholes have been doing this to me for a long time. I've managed to get a few of them taken down, but they've gotten smarter. I've noticed that they time the auctions so that by the time you find out about it, it is the weekend (often a holiday weekend) so nobody is in the office and you can't do anything about it. And when you do get ebay to take down the auction and close his account, he just sets up shop under a new name close to his last.
