When IBILL fucked me the first time, they said the money will now be held in escrow with GCARD and it wont be touched by IBILL. Now the mother fuckers at GCARD (which are actualy the same assholes from IBILL) are holding my reserves for 13 months and IM still waiting for them to pay me.
