I am ready to change my life...

I want to start excercising and eating better...this new project has taken over my life.

I used to excercise 5 or 6 days a week till i started Videopass. Now all I do is Videopass.

Congrats Marty. The one thing I hate, like I'm sure you do too, about the Net is that it ties us to a chair so much instead of getting out and about like you do in other businesses.

I used to be a slim and trim 180 my whole life. Once I got into computers and Net related businesses and got literally addicted to working on a PC for nearly everything I do, I gained a ton of weight.

I found a great way to burn it off is simply walking. I was able to get back to 199 from 230 by walking 4 to 6 miles per day. It takes a lot of time out of your day, (about 1 to 2 hours), but it will drop weight like crazy. I lived one block from the beach during this period and doing it on the sand with the resistance you get helps the process even more. Unfortunately I moved inland and stopped my walking routine because of time constraints and gained it all back. Now I'm trying to get at least an hour a day in again and the scale is looking better each day. I've also cut back to only 2 main meals per day and sometimes only 1 meal per day instead of 3 to reduce my caloric intake. I also have built the mental skills to look at sweets and donuts and turn away without buying them. I can't do this all the time, but about half the time I get a craving and its right in front of me, I think loudly to myself "don't do it, don't do it" and I don't and walk away without munching and the craving goes away.

Good luck the battle is not easy and its been the absolute hardest thing in my personal life to conquer.

golfing helps too... even just taking a few hours and going to the driving range.. if those guys were smart, they'd setup wireless connection there, to relax, work out, and play
