Smokey's on the case now too. Any NATS guys around to at least start looking into what it *could* be?
This error happens when there's no billers in the cascade... I don't know if they're using software to see if Paycom/CCBill are up/down and maybe that screwed up and pulled both billers out?
I'm wondering if there will be a recompense for that... I'm sure I lost a few sales during these days... And seems you guys did too...
I'm sure they'll compensate us. I hope they just credit us average sales (or maybe average +10%) for the lost days. I'm not really a fan of $50 sign up weekends to make up for it, too much chance in that. Just pay me what I'd most likely have made.
