My friend has their VISA already, however they need an invitation letter, does anyone know the *CORRECT* format for a FORMAL invitation letter to the U.S., i've tried google, but nothing has anything official for an invitation letter, any help in the right direction would be appreciated.

I've had to do invitational letters for Canada before. Nothing formal was required. Simply had to say the person was an invited guest, they'd be staying with me (and my address) and for how long.Originally posted by Hustlin Entertainment
Your best bet is just to call US Immigration and ask them what they require. It's free and they should know.
