They are almost always ugly. Hard, round and abnormally "perky". Girls with very odd ideas about how females should look believe they should have huge tits that stick straight out - it's really hard for me to understand. Boobs just don't look like that. Nothing wrong with implants per se, just the way they are usually done (look and feel as fake as possible) that gets me.Beat it. Nothing to see here.Comment

Boobs
Having photographed many thousands of models over the past 20 years i have seen some beautiful boob jobs, the best ones tend to be on the smaller side. 36b and C cup. I have also seen some horrendous plastic surgery done in Mexico, one poor girl had her tit cut straight down the middle from top to bottom with no attempt to hide the scar, they looked terrible.
Given a choice i would go for natural every time, look at Aria Giovanni and Erica Campbell four of the best tits i have ever had the pleasure of shooting!

Fake tits are great if done to match the girls body and by a good doc. Much better then dropping, floppy ones. If you get the silicone implants they feel and move much more natural then the saline ones do and you don't have the problem of the rippling as someone pointed out.
