    hosting companies not updating their site

    Wow a lot of hosting companies dont update their server/price lists very often. I'm in the middle of consolodating hosting and getting some new servers... im no fan of a company that does not update available options (ie: cavecreek,servergod) or ones that dont display pricing upfront.

    well..fuck it..

    may as well turn this into a spam me for hosting thread

          It's amazing how far from the truth the prices are on some of the companies front pages.
          I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

              then theres places like national-net with a great reputation that don't give any indication of pricing.... I mean I'd consider them but as a true 'American in training' I am required to be as lazy as possible.

                                  As a matter of fact we just updated our website tonight. All of our actual prices are listed for both virtual and dedicated accounts on the front page. I would love to have some one check it out (even if you don't use us for your hosting needs) so I can improve the layout and presentation of our information. I think we have some really good prices, and we offer exellent service.

                                      I checked out Cavecreek's hosting pages a few months ago - I couldn't believe what i was seeing - looked like a price list from 1998. No way could those be their current prices. How long does it take to get an employee grunt to update a webpage?
                                      I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!
