What's is wrong on my site?

Hi guys!
I have a little question about a site that i run...

As you can see it's a Models/Celebs/Babes/Pornstars softcore site.
Well, the problem of course is TRAFFIC!
I can't bring up this site more than 7k/8k unique visitors (30K/40K page views) per day... It shuold be, i hope, 20K/30K unique per day!
I think that the site looks like so fucking good and the sponsor's productivity is not so bad (1:800 signup on the sponsors gallery...) but i can't make a very good trade!
That's something wrong? What do you think about the site?
What can i do? Please...
