Smells fishy, surely If someone needs the money REAL quick and is selling cheaply but as an option "offers" building the members/revenue up and keeping it stable for a few months..... he doesnt need the money real quick.
If the owner can make $10k in 2 months and needed $15k originally, wouldnt he just do that and wait the extra 4 weeks to keep a revenue stream.
Sorry bud, im not convinced, unless the sharks are after you, they dont wait 2 months though
