I change it up all the time.
Beverage: Coffee, milk, juice. (usually all three)
Starch: sour dough toast, english muffin, tortilla, waffle, pancake, hash brown patty, bagel, cereal. (1-2)
Protein: bacon, sausage patty, ham, 2 egg scrambled, 2 egg cheese omelet, 2 eggs over easy, linguica. (1-2)
Sides: cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, seedless blackberry jelly, ketchup, chili sauce, hot sauce, salsa, syrup. (as needed or desired)
Fruit: half a banana, melon, seasonal berries, peaches, pears, apple. (1-2)
