    Need help in creating new adult website

    New to this website and I needed to know how to go about:
    1. Creating a website affordably.
    2. Purchasing or leasing content from what I've heard.
    3. How to create traffic.

    I need help, I'm new to all of this. I am reading TGP here and there. Abbreviations everywhere. I don't know what any of this shit means. Any help is appreciated.
