Chris,
Thank you for asking this question and giving us a chance to answer it. Yes, we are paying 1 cent a click. I'm afraid we can't accept exit traffic because it monitizes very differently.
You'd be amazed at how many people click that "I'm not 18" link. Money is made. Is it big money? No. However, it's found money that wasn't there before. Most paysite owners make 50-500 dollars a month off that link with us. There is absolutely no reason to not use warningpages.com. It makes no sense to send the traffic to something that asks for a credit card and even less sense to send the traffic for free to Google or Yahoo.
I'm in the search engine business. I'm a platinum partner with Google which allows me to monitize the traffic. Even if you were able to get an account directly with Google, you couldn't make 1 cent a click. I'm on their top tier. Just getting an account with them requires sending them 50,000 dollars a month worth of clicks. There is no where you could send this traffic and make more than 1 cent a click and people do click it. Does that answer your question?
