Mine aren't too far off from normal. As for why my downline is off who fucking knows but there can be reasons for signups going down. As much as you dont' want to believe it by your 55 mile long post up there sales are not a straight line across all year. If you don't think Steve Lightspeed has the experience to know when something is up you are nuts.
Oh and if the main billers can get those non US residents so easy then why do programs geo IP foreign shit? Why do they use alternative billing methods? Why is there a constant struggle in the industry to get the money from these people? God damn they should just call Will, he can make those processors magically approve more out of country cards!
