    20 years of prison

    An unemployed american, Dwight Worley, was sentenced to 20 years of prison for receiving a package of erotic cartoons in USA.

    According to the Department of Justice, this is the first time that an american citizen got such a hard penalty for receiving erotic images from the internet.

    Worley used a public employment agency to download the images received in his e-mail account.

    The package with 20 cartoons contained mangas (japanese cartoons) in which girls supposedly underaged were forced to have sexual relanshionships with men.

    The content was considered too strong and decisive to the sentence of the accused considered a threat to american society.

              so they'll put him away for 20 years for receiving cartoons of that shit actual child predators get 6months to a year probation and are allowed back on the streets even if they get jail time it's usually a max of 5-10 years and those are guys have assaulted/molested children...

              this country makes me sick

                      Because Whorley has a prior federal child pornography conviction, he faces a mandatory
                      minimum term of fifteen years of imprisonment. Whorley?s earlier child pornography conviction
                      occurred on March 5, 1999, and he was sentenced to 46 months of incarceration, followed by
                      three years of supervised probation. In January 2003, after Whorley had served his sentence, he
                      was re-arrested for violating the conditions of his probation. Whorley subsequently pled guilty to
                      violating the conditions of his release and was sentenced to an additional 12 months of
                      incarceration to be followed by 12 months of supervision by the United States Probation Office.
                      Whorley was released from incarceration again in January of 2004, but violated the conditions of
                      his supervised probation and was re-arrested on April 5, 2004. The conduct that led to his arrest
                      on April 5 was the basis for the present prosecution.
