Any tattoo artist who makes their living doing this will be your best bet.
Drop a $20 deposit with a few of them, along with what you want and go with whoever comes up with the best design.
That's what I did before finding someone I have do all my stuff now. -

i don't want to intervene but i don't find the skull with 4 leaves a good idea... quite morbid for a young girl and not artistic at all. Me as a girl would never want to have it.Comment
