Like when i have sex theres obviously alot more going on than JUST the physical stimulation of my penis, but the penis being stimulated is the "majority" of the pleasure, but i suppose if my penis didnt work i would just focus on the things that didnt involve stimulation of the penis .. ( although i suppose it could be argued that jerking off involves more than just the stimualtion of the penis , ).
All i can say is its hard to imagine..
