live in northern california for awhile. the ground moves ALL the time. snow hits the beach. and every damn year around november everyone says "i cant believe that its this nice outside"

Actually they said there will be a tidal wave Tsnaumi some day from the Atlantic and it would affect up to 25 miles inland....but we would know it was coming with our technology...
I am not worried, I live 28 miles inland and with Fla underwater that puts me on beach front should this happen.

How is that for real estate planning?
I think it will be a gradual rising of the sea levels, forcing us to rebuild our cities 20 to 30 miles inland so you might be on the beach and downtown as well
