I was just looking at accounts here in www.cashtitans.com some of you are really kicking ass! Ratios that rock 1:30 1:43 1:28 1:72 and then there are the normal ratios 1:120 1:143 1:160 thats where most of our affiliates fall into!
and then there are a few not many but a few that do 1:400 all the way out to one account that is at 1:1278
What do you do to tweak your ratios? I like to target my traffic as best as I can start with a page that has several broad niche on it let the surfer choose his own route. then when he selects that specific niche I let him then choose the images he wants to see which will further narrow his niche likings.
while he is looking at those images show him banners that are targeted directly at that niche that he is viewing.
When I look to see what people are up to here is what I find
webmasters that convert www.cashtitans.com sites with under 1:100 ratios they to are targeting thier traffic to very specific niches like hardcore gangbang facial that does amazing with www.cumonherface.com
people with conversions like 1:120 to 1:180 they are targeting to facial traffic or gangbang traffic not super specific but close and in the general catagory a lot of this traffic is general hardcore traffic as well.
The guys that are converting at 1:1200+ well they are just not targeting it at all, they are usually using asian teens to promote banners that are for www.cumonherface.com It's still gonna get some sales but not the same as if you were actually putting in front of them what they wanted to see.
Its the same for our lesbian site people that want to see hot lesbians will but into www.lesbianhangout.com or www.hotrikki.com even.
if you target your traffic you will see better results then just throwing it at somthing. As more and more new people come into this business you will need to get better at driving niche specific traffic to the sites you promote.
