What do you care about in sponsors?

What do you look at in sponsors to evaluate them and decide wich sponsor to drive more traffic to? Do you keep track of how many clicks you send each sponsor and how much you make with them to get the Value Per Click of each one? Or do you only look at the ratios and go with the sponsor with the prettiest ratios? Or do you sod all that and only look at how many figures your last check had?

A mix of them all i guess.. if a sponsor sends me a 10k$ check once every week, I could care less about the ratio :D

The only stat that matters is the one with "$" in front of it.

Do you at least have a clue of how much traffic you're sending the sponsors with the best "$"? It helps to know $$$/click and predict how much more you can get by increasing the traffic to a sponsor. It«s not much work either, StatsRemote tells you all that.

Of course. Numbers are fun but at the end of the day the number that gives me the boner is the "$" one. I can't spend per click or ratio.

We need more sponsors that give you **Accurate Statistics** and campaign tracking. If the stats are incorrect or incomplete from the sponsor, then your conversion ratios and value per click is off.

No shit, I was trying to track VPC per sponsor and total $$$ for each of my domains, but pretty much gave up on it. It only takes one sponsor that doesn't have campaign tracking or even shows the referring sale url to fuck up your detailed tracking efforts. Then you got one sponsor that counts raws, one that counts 2nd page uniques, one that counts join page hits blah blah...
