no split or percentage, pay for content/hourly labor only.

flat rate, i have to agree. if the girl is worth it and she sticks around, then maybe a percentage. get her more motivated to work hard, keep her working for you for a long time... that's only once you trust her. i only say this because a lot of really successful sites are successful (partly) because of model interaction and partnerships

Visit a Lawyer and get a contract, percentage is good....contract could include being docked a % missed cam shows, ect....

Once the money starts comming in alot of girls start to flake and that's not fun for the members or the affiliates, or you for that matter.

I like a combo .. rate per set plus a % to stay exclusive. The % is also motivation to interact with members and do cam shows. they see that monthly check growing and know the more effort they put in the bigger the check ...
